Our dedicated Resident Assistant (RA) team is committed to making daily life easier, safer and more enjoyable for our residents. The RA's maintain clean, comfortable apartments and inviting common areas with care and attention to detail. They also provide reliable transportation services to medical appointments, shopping, community outings and other scheduled destinations, giving residents the freedom to remain active and independent with peace of mind.

Chris oversees the maintenance, safety, and smooth operation of all buildings and grounds, making sure every space is comfortable and reliable for residents. He coordinates repairs, inspections, and upgrades so daily life at Ives Hill runs without disruption.

As Head Cook, Shawn plans and prepares fresh, flavorful meals that meet residents’ nutritional needs and personal preferences. He leads the kitchen team to provide safe, high-quality dining experiences that make mealtimes a highlight of each day at Ives Hill.
